ARTIST BIO

Margaret was born in Melbourne and has studied with Amanda Hyatt, Joseph Zubvic, Alvaro Castagnet and Ron Muller.

\r\n

She exhibits widely and has won numerous First Prizes and Honourable Mentions for her work at Art Exhibitions and has participated in solo and group shows.

\r\n

 

\r\n

Also Margaret\'s work has been accepted and hung in the presigious Alice Bale Exhibition.

\r\n

 

\r\n

Her paintings are represented in many privates collections both in Australia and overseas, and at the Eagles Nest Gallery, Aireys Inlet.

\r\n

 

\r\n

Margaret has travelled extensively in Canada, Alaska, the USA, Great Britain and Europe.

\r\n

 

\r\n

She is presently working in watercolour, pastel, oil and acrylic and sees herself as a romantic painter striving for atmospheric effect in her work and communicating the effects of lights on flowers.
